• We describe our items. We want you to be able to know all that we know about the item you are considering. If there is a description available for our books, we take the time to type it in, right from the book if we have to. It is a rare occasion, but if there isn't enough information, we are always there to answer any question you have.
• We are fair. Although we sell some high priced items, we do not place outrageous rules on our buyers. We don't demand that you have a specific feedback rating, in fact we welcome new buyers. We feel honored that new customers are willing to trust us with their first eBay purchase. We will never deny anyone a chance to be our customer.
• We won't hold your feedback hostage. We will leave feedback for you, even if feedback is not left for us. Because we are so confident that you will have a positive experience with us, we are happy to leave deserving feedback for all of our customers after the transaction is complete.
• We want you to be satisfied. If for any reason our items do not live up to your expectations, we are always willing to work with you. We are members of SquareTrade to help to ensure you that no matter what, we can work it out.
• We like bargains too! Many of our store listings have the option for you to make us an offer. Catch us on the right day and you may make an incredible deal!
• We are always willing to listen. We understand that sometimes we do not know everything. We welcome any customer comments and questions.
